Track A: Partnership & Alliance Architecture

I build the ecosystems that make partnerships scale. Architecting partner organizations, co-sell processes, and technical integrations across technology, distribution, and reseller partner types, including a hyperscaler alliance I scaled from $41M to $533M in contract value, growing total partnership-attributed revenue 80% at Globant. Trained as a systems and service designer, I build partnerships the way I'd design a product: for the humans on both sides of the deal.
